Being Gluten-free shouldn’t be a punishment. Gluten-free can be tasty and fun. Just gotta use the right ingredients! I use a blend of grain and starch flours to create the best balance and texture, Kerrygold butter (always), real maple syrup, raw sugar and farm fresh eggs.

My baked goods are all my own original recipes, which are made of 90% organics and created with love.
